There are two different smoke evacuator handpieces:

This one has smoke evacuation through 4 small holes near the end of the handpiece.
It can be steam autoclaved. Easy to maintain a sterile environment.
Can be used for soft palate surgery.
Cost is $195.

This one has an adapter that couples to your existing handpiece.
Metal piece is steam autoclavable. Black adapter is also steam autoclavable.
Cost is $80.
